Today was my 2nd time at Raleys. Each time, EXCEPTIONAL. No gimmicks, always willing to squeeze me in last minute, and just the sweetest!!! Ladies, it gives great dad vibes. Come here for all brake needs. ♡

I've had service done here multiple times. They are everything you would want in an auto shop. I had problems with the dealer setting my car's alignment. I went here once and have not had a problem since. Their prices are fair and they provide quality and timely service. The first time I went, I dropped the car off unannounced around 2pm and it was ready before close. Their shop will notice if a service does not need to be done. They do the work that needs to be done. Terry is wonderful to work with at the counter. If you have a bad part he will show you it. If you are in need for anything they offer, do not think twice, get it done here.

Top notch facility, one of the few left in Pensacola. Being a mechanic myself, I rarely need to rely on a shop for anything, but when I do I hope it's always a place like Raley. Quick turn around, upfront prices, friendly vibe, and best of all you get to speak to the owner of this locally owned shop, not some corporate front man. Thanks for the great service, look forward to using y'all in the future!

Gotta thank Terry and his team for helping keep get my 96 Chevy back in shape! Had a loose pitman arm, and before that issue I have had a loose steering wheel for years and couldn't figure it out no matter what was replaced. With their knowledge of old trucks like mine, his team installed a quality pitman at a great price, adjusted my steering box, and aligned the suspension just right and now my steering has almost little to no play, HUGE improvement from all these years of owning it. Drives straight no problem. With all that, still a better price than competitors down the road. He even aired up my bike tires to get back home while my truck got fixed. For same day service like that, no doubt I’ll surely be back for future issues.

The high ratings at this shop are absolutely deserved! We were on a huge east coast road trip from Boston to New Orleans, and of course I pushed my rear brakes until they were a metal on metal emergency. These guys were nice enough to fit us in and get us back on the road in less than two hours, without an appointment! In addition to the speedy service, they were very friendly and honest folks. Enjoyed talking cars with them. Before they started the work, they broke down the pricing of the job and where it came from. I was in for a simple brake job but would be more than comfortable to come here for something big. These guys certainly deserve the ratings and future business. I feel really lucky to have rolled up on such a great local shop.
